
Photobooth Agreement

Payment and Refund
A payment in the amount agreed upon is required at the time of signing this
agreement. Payments are non-refundable 60 days or less prior to event date.
Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, checks and E-transfer. The deposit secures the
event date and times for the client and is refundable no less than 60 days
prior to event date. Client will pay a $50 fee for any and all returned checks.

Balance Due
Photo booth services will not begin until the balance has been paid in full.

Operations
Ivy Studios commits to keeping the photo booth operational for the agreed-upon duration. However, occasional maintenance, repairs, and/or photography optimizations may require brief interruptions. To ensure smooth operations, Ivy Studios will send a trained technician on-site. If Ivy Studios is unable to provide a fully functional photo booth during the scheduled hours, the sole remedy available to the client will be a refund of the amount paid. The client acknowledges that Ivy Studios will not be liable for any further damages. If circumstances beyond Ivy Studios' reasonable control prevent full service delivery, rental fees will be prorated accordingly.

Liability and Indemnification
Ivy Studios shall not be liable under any contract for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits or increased expenses) related to any claims arising from this agreement or the services provided. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ivy Studios and any independent contractors working with Ivy Studios from any and all liability related to the client's event from the time of service onward. The client will assume responsibility for all legal fees claimed by third parties, provided that such loss or damage was not caused by the negligence of Ivy Studios, its employees, agents, or subcontractors.

Setup and Teardown
Ivy Studios will handle the setup and teardown of the photo booth at the event site. If the event concludes earlier than the agreed-upon end time, there will be no reimbursement for unused hours. The photo booth setup area must have flat ground and be easily accessible. Please inform us if your venue is not on the main floor of the building, as this may require additional time for unloading equipment. Ivy Studios requires access to the setup location at least 60 minutes prior to the event and 30 minutes after the event for breakdown.

Space and Placement Requirements
The client agrees to provide:

A minimum 8’ x 8’ area for the photo booth.

A 110V, 20-amp standard working electrical outlet within 20 feet of the designated area.

Inclement Weather
Ivy Studios reserves the right to cease operations if weather conditions pose a potential danger to personnel, equipment, or guests. Safety is a priority; therefore, if operations are halted due to inclement weather, Ivy Studios' compensation will remain unaffected. No refunds or compensation will be provided for services already paid for if operations are stopped due to weather.

Damage to Equipment
The client acknowledges responsibility for any damage or loss to Ivy Studios’ equipment resulting from:

Misuse of the equipment by the client or guests.

Theft or disasters, including but not limited to fire, flood, or earthquake.

Power loss or power surges affecting the photo booth, resulting in the loss of pictures or damage to software and/or equipment.

Model Release
All guests using the photo booth grant Ivy Studios the right and permission to copyright and use photographic portraits or pictures taken in the photo booth, in whole or in part, through any media now known or hereafter developed, for purposes including but not limited to illustration, art, promotion, advertising, and trade.

The booking client or on-site client/customer is responsible for informing us if there are any model(s) you do not wish to have their photos posted publicly. Our guests' safety is important to us. Most of the pictures will be shared on public platforms such as this website and/or social media pages.
